The Client Portal is a one-stop shop for all things IT, whether it be a problem that needs to be resolved or a request for access, software, or service.General features of the Client Portal include:
- Browse or search the Service Catalog for many of our most often requested services. Many requests can be streamlined by using individual forms, which prompt for detailed information and automatically route to responsible areas.
- Submit a request for support using the Get Help option if you are unable to locate a desired service in the Service Catalog.
- Check the status of your current tickets and communicate with the responsible technician(s), as well as view past tickets and their resolutions.
- Search the Knowledge Base for articles related to troubleshooting, methods and procedures, etc.
